Users may not upload:

Intellectual Property Violations

Users may not upload content they do not have the right to use.

4. Reporting Content

Users may report content that they believe violates:

5. Enforcement

angels respects intellectual property rights.

Before uploading content, you must ensure that:

3. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint.

A complaint should include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing content.
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement confirming that you believe the use is unauthorized.
  • A statement confirming that the information provided is accurate.

4. Actions We May Take

After reviewing a valid copyright complaint, we may:

  • Remove content.
  • Restrict access.
  • Contact the uploader.
  • Take additional action where appropriate.

5. Repeat Violations

Users who repeatedly violate copyright rules may have their accounts restricted or terminated.

Account & Content Deletion Policy

1. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account through available Platform settings or by contacting us.

When an account deletion request is completed:

  • The account may be disabled.
  • Personal information may be deleted or anonymized where required.
  • Uploaded content may be removed where technically and legally possible.

2. Content Removal

Users may delete videos they personally uploaded.

Deleting an original upload may remove it from the user’s profile and future availability.

However, deletion does not necessarily remove:

  • Collaborative videos already created.
  • Videos created by combining your content with other users’ content.
  • Copies saved by other users.
  • Content previously shared outside the Platform.

3. Collaborative Content

Because the Platform allows users to create collaborative videos:

A video containing your content may continue to exist if:

  • It was created before your deletion request.
  • It includes contributions from multiple users.
  • Removing it would affect other users’ creations.

You acknowledge that collaborative content may become independent from the original upload.

4. Data Retention

We may retain certain information when necessary for:

  • Legal obligations.
  • Security purposes.
  • Fraud prevention.
  • Resolving disputes.
  • Enforcing agreements.
